Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Coach Arprentiss.

I’ve been active since my teenage years—training in dance and later working out consistently through my 20s and beyond. From the outside, it looked like I was doing everything right.

But I still struggled.

After having my first son, I started working out intentionally to lose weight. Over the years, my weight would fluctuate, and like many women, I just wanted my body to reflect the effort I was putting in. I was consistent, I showed up—but I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted.

So I did what most women do.

I tried different diets.
I cut carbs.
I relied on shakes, salads, and eliminating foods.
I believed certain foods caused weight gain and that losing weight meant eating as little as possible.

And no matter what I tried, I couldn’t sustain it.

At the same time, I was building a full life.

I was a single mom raising two boys, working full-time, earning my degree, commuting long hours, and doing everything I could to keep going. Fitness was always a part of my life—but like many women, I was trying to figure it all out on my own.

And life didn’t slow down.

In 2019, I experienced two devastating losses—my firstborn son and, just three and a half months later, my mother. Later, I also lost my father. Walking through grief, trauma, and healing deepened my understanding of how important our physical and mental well-being truly are.

But even after becoming certified in nutrition, I still believed many of the same myths.

It wasn’t until I started applying what I knew—specifically eating in a calorie deficit for my body and pairing that with intentional strength training—that everything changed.

That was the missing piece.

I finally experienced true food freedom.
No more dieting. No more starting over.
Just structure, consistency, and results that I could actually maintain.

Now, in my 50s, I’m stronger, more confident, and more knowledgeable than ever before.

As a certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and nutrition coach, I help women over 40 do the same.

To stop guessing.
